Our goal is to provide the best food delivery service possible which includes an excellent reputation for on-time delivery. We aim to deliver all orders within 15 minutes either side of your selected time (so orders for 12.30 should arrive between 12.15 and 12.45). We aim to deliver all ASAP orders within 60 minutes. Unfortunately things don't always go to plan and factors such as weather and traffic occasionally prevents us from achieving this. We reserve the right to refuse any order should it be necessary for any reason and in the event of needing to issue a refund we will endeavour to do so within 10 working days. You have the right to cancel an order up until food preparation is started. Depending upon peak business times this could be as little as a few minutes. Orders can only be cancelled by telephone. Orders cancelled before food preparation is started will be reimbursed using the same method used for payment. Any order cancelled after food preparation has begun will be charged to the customer, and no refund will be given.
